we think it would be important that the topic of backup and recovery is also available as a service. This is an integral part of any infrastructure and is expected for appropriate documentation. Besides information about backup software, systems, agents etc. it should be listed which parts of the infrastructure are backed up and if these backups actually worked. An overview of the backup media used would also be nice, but it would be more important to present the cloud-based concepts of modern data backups in an understandable way.
The most important products in our opinion are - Veeam - Commvault - Veritas
